About the Role
Design and build the technical infrastructure that powers our trading systems and on-chain strategies. Develop data pipelines, execution engines, and internal analytics tools, collaborating with portfolio managers and researchers to bring new strategies from concept to production.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement high-performance data pipelines to aggregate and process on-chain and off-chain data from multiple sources.
Build and optimise execution systems, trading bots, and strategy deployment frameworks used across our portfolio.
Develop internal analytics, risk monitoring, and performance dashboards to support investment decisions.
Work alongside portfolio managers and quantitative researchers to prototype, backtest, and productionise new trading strategies.
Integrate exchange APIs, smart-contract data, and market feeds into scalable infrastructure that supports systematic and discretionary strategies.
Contribute to the automation of portfolio operations, including rebalancing, monitoring, and risk alerts.
Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and latency through profiling, refactoring, and testing.
What You Bring
Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Rust, or C++ (experience with multiple languages is a plus).
Experience designing and building scalable data pipelines, APIs, or distributed systems.
Familiarity with trading infrastructure, market-making systems, or on-chain data processing.
Understanding of financial markets, digital assets, or quantitative trading concepts (or a strong willingness to learn).
Solid problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to reliability, security, and performance.
Ability to collaborate effectively with researchers, portfolio managers, and business teams to translate strategic ideas into production-ready code.
Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, independent, and excited to build high-impact infrastructure in a fast-moving environment.
