About the Role
Support the investment team by researching protocols, analysing yield strategies, and sourcing opportunities across the DeFi ecosystem. Contribute to investment memos, build models, and help translate research into live trading strategies.
What You’ll Do
Assist in deal sourcing and evaluation by identifying token deals, structured products, and OTC opportunities, and presenting clear recommendations to the investment team.
Research new DeFi protocols and summarise their mechanics, risks, and economic models in clear, concise write-ups.
Support the team in preparing investment memos, pitch materials, and market updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with quantitative and technical colleagues to help translate research insights into live strategies.
Learn to navigate on-chain workflows including multisigs, dashboards, and governance tools in a professional context.
Contribute to structuring partnerships with DeFi protocols, trading firms, and liquidity providers.
Help distil complex concepts into accessible insights for investors and non-technical team members.
Track on-chain strategies and identify sustainable yield opportunities across Ethereum, Solana, and other ecosystems.
What You Bring
Strong interest in digital assets, DeFi, or financial markets. Prior experience is a plus, but curiosity and drive matter most.
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required.
Strong relationship-building abilities and confidence interacting with professionals across finance and digital assets.
Basic coding or data analysis experience (Python/SQL) is a plus but not required.
Proactive, independent mindset with a strong willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with financial concepts such as valuation, derivatives, and yield structures, or a strong willingness to learn them.
Comfortable analysing market data, liquidity dynamics, and emissions schedules to support investment decisions.
High attention to detail, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in project work.
