Drive commercial strategy by sourcing partnerships, managing investor relationships, and supporting fundraising initiatives. Work closely with the investment team to structure deals, negotiate terms, and expand Atomic’s network across allocators, protocols, and trading counterparties.
About the Internship
Duration: 6 months (flexible start; full-time preferred)
Location: Remote or Dubai office (≈3–4 hours overlap with Gulf/Europe time zones)
Who it’s for: Final-year students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals eager to gain experience at the intersection of finance, digital assets, and business development.
What You’ll Do
Support fundraising efforts: manage outreach pipelines, follow-ups, and investor CRM tracking.
Assist in preparing investor communications: pitch decks, factsheets, DDQs, newsletters.
Research and map institutional investors (family offices, FoFs, VCs, HNWIs) across Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
Travel the world for events, joining industry conferences, investor roadshows, and networking gatherings in global hubs like Dubai, London, Singapore, Barcelona, and beyond representing Atomic and building relationships face-to-face.
Coordinate with external partners (fund administrators, legal, compliance) on onboarding processes.
Contribute to business development for on-chain vaults and partnerships: liaise with protocols, explore incentive programs, and track ecosystem developments.
Summarise market/industry news into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
What You Bring
Excellent written communication and structured thinking; you can make complex ideas legible.
High ownership and follow-through; you keep pipelines tidy and stakeholders informed.
Strong interest in alternative investments.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills (verbal and written).
Background in business, economics, finance, communication science or related field (undergraduate or graduate level) preferred.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail; comfortable preparing polished investor materials.
Familiarity with investor relations, private capital markets, or fundraising is a plus (not required).
Entrepreneurial drive, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently.
Fluent in English; additional European/Middle Eastern languages are a plus.
Naturally extroverted and social, with the ability to build rapport and engage confidently with investors and partners.
Nice to Have
Prior experience in fund IR/BD, venture/accelerators, or institutional sales support.
Storytelling chops: designing tight decks and data-driven narratives.
Understanding of allocator due-diligence workflows (operational, risk, performance).
